Snow Anniversary Photos: Ben & Kristin
Ben saw Kristin sitting outside a downtown cafe with her friends and approached her. They chatted briefly and then she hopped in a car and was gone like Cinderella at midnight. Although Ben was intrigued by this beautiful girl, he thought he would never see her again. Kristin, who had just gotten out of a relationship, wasn't looking for anything, but still wondered why this guy didn't ask for her number.
It was just a couple weeks later when Ben and Kristin passed each other on the steps of a building on the University of Kentucky's campus. After running in to each other on campus a couple more times, Ben tracked down Kristin on Facebook and the rest was history.
The couple have been married for one year and wanted to do a styled photo shoot in the snow to celebrate their first year of marriage.
For the shoot we went to to Ashland, The Henry Clay Estate, which looks so different when it's covered in over a foot of fresh snow.
Kristin was gorgeous in an evening gown and Ben complimented her bright red dress with a pin striped black suit.
Even though the temperatures were in the 20's the couple braved the cold for amazing photos.
And Kristin had Ben to keep her warm.
The couple walked through the estate stopping to kiss in a huge meadow of snow.
Kristin warned me that she and Ben were really bad at taking photos together.
But they acted like pros, and they were easy to work with.
Stopping in the meadow, Kristin looked off in to the distance, where she resembled a snow queen looking out on her kingdom. Ben, standing behind me, admired his beautiful wife.
With the wind blowing her hair and flowing dress, Kristin stood under a snow covered tree and took Ben's breath away.
Ben had his moment in the spot light next.
Pulling off the secret agent look, Ben is the next 007.
Through all the wind and cold, Ben & Kristin's love for each other shines through.
To the first year for Ben & Kristin, and to many more!
